Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Assumption of Risk: The Client understands that firearm training is an inherently dangerous activity that carries significant risk of serious injury, death, and property damage. The Client knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks.
Release of Liability: The Client hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless Beyond The Range, its owner(s), instructors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the client, or any property belonging to the client, while participating in any activity, whether caused by the negligence of the company or otherwise.
Use of Facilities: The Client agrees to strictly adhere to all rules and regulations of any shooting range or facility utilized during training.
Minors: All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian who must also sign this waiver and participate in the training session.
Fitness to Participate: The Client certifies that they are legally permitted to possess a firearm and are physically and mentally capable of safely participating in the training.
Governing Law and Venue: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Your State Name]. Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Your County Name] County, [Insert Your State Name].

Financial & Cancellation Policies
These policies are designed to protect your session time and ensure fair access for all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms:
Payment: All services (including packages and bundles) must be paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe/Acuity to secure your session time.
Rescheduling (48+ Hours): Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Your payment will automatically be transferred as a credit to the newly booked date.
Late Reschedule (Under 48 Hours): Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will result in a 50% forfeiture of the session fee. The remaining 50% will be available as a credit for a future appointment.
No Refunds or Cancellations: Beyond The Range does not offer refunds or cancellations. All sales are final. We offer a credit to a future appointment only, subject to the rescheduling deadlines outlined above.
No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session, the entire session fee will be forfeited.

Training & Safety Protocols
Required Gear: The client is responsible for bringing their own firearm, ammunition, eye protection, and hearing protection, unless explicitly included in the service description (e.g., a rental option).
Ammunition Policy: Only factory-new, brass-cased ammunition is permitted for use in training. No steel-cased, reloaded, or surplus ammunition is allowed.
Safety Violations: Any unsafe handling of a firearm or failure to comply with the Four Universal Safety Rules or instructor commands will result in the **immediate termination of the session without refund. Safety is non-negotiable.
Instructor Discretion: Beyond The Range instructors reserve the right to modify training activities or terminate a session at any time based on client behavior or weather conditions, prioritizing safety.
