Welcome to Beyond the Range! By booking or participating in any training session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
Firearm training involves inherent risks, including serious injury, death, or property damage. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks.
Beyond the Range LLC, its owner(s), instructors, and any affiliated facilities (including Main Line Armory) are not responsible for injuries or damages that occur during training, even if caused by negligence.
All participants must complete a signed liability waiver before training. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign.
Key Points:
Follow all range rules and instructor commands.
Unsafe behavior may result in immediate session termination without refund.
Participants must be legally allowed to possess firearms.
2. Financial Policies
Payment:
All sessions must be paid in full at booking through our website.Rescheduling:
48+ hours before session: Full credit toward a new appointment.
Under 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is forfeited to cover facility fees; remaining 50% applied as credit.
No Refunds / No-Shows:
All sales are final.
Missing a session without notice results in full forfeiture of the fee.
3. Equipment & Ammunition
Clients are responsible for bringing their firearm, ammunition, eye, and ear protection unless stated otherwise.
Only factory-new, brass-cased ammunition is allowed.
Ammunition is not included in training sessions unless specified.
The ranges we use offer firearm rentals and ammunition for sale.
4. Safety Protocols
Follow all instructor commands and range rules.
Any violation of the Four Universal Firearm Safety Rules may result in session termination without refund.
Instructors may modify or halt training due to weather, range conditions, or safety concerns.
Participants under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance will be dismissed without refund.
5. Media & Marketing Consent
Beyond the Range may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
Participants may opt out by notifying the instructor before the session.
6. Multi-Participant Bookings
If booking for multiple participants:
Each participant must complete their own signed waiver.
The booker may not sign for other adults.
Failure of any participant to complete the waiver means they cannot participate, and no refund is issued.
7. Parent / Guardian Consent (for minors)
Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who signs the waiver and remains present for the session.
Parents/guardians assume all responsibility for the minor’s participation.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Pennsylvania law.
Venue for any disputes is Chester County, PA.

Reschedules / No-shows: Follow policy for credit or forfeiture.
Safety: Zero tolerance for unsafe behavior.
