• These policies are designed to protect your session time and ensure fair access for all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms:

    • Payment: All services (including packages and bundles) must be paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe/Acuity to secure your session time.

    • Rescheduling (48+ Hours): Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Your payment will automatically be transferred as a credit to the newly booked date.

    • Late Reschedule (Under 48 Hours): Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will result in a 50% forfeiture of the session fee. The remaining 50% will be available as a credit for a future appointment.

    • No Refunds or Cancellations: Beyond The Range does not offer refunds or cancellations. All sales are final. We offer a credit to a future appointment only, subject to the rescheduling deadlines outlined above.

    • No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session, the entire session fee will be forfeited.

    • You will be prompted to review and sign the full agreement during the online booking process: As a requirement for participation in any Beyond The Range training program, all clients must digitally sign our liability waiver and training agreement before the session begins. This legal document outlines the inherent risks associated with firearms training and confirms your understanding of our safety requirements.

    • Host Range Requirements

      All Beyond The Range sessions are conducted at approved, safe local facilities within the PA/DE region. In addition to our training agreement, all participants must sign the host range's liability waiver before entering the range floor.

  • To ensure a focused and productive training session, please come prepared with the following:

    • Identification: Bring a valid state-issued photo ID.

    • Gear: You are welcome to use your personal firearm and related equipment, provided they are safe and reliable. If you are renting equipment, confirm details during booking.

    • Clothing: Dress comfortably and professionally. Avoid low-cut shirts (to prevent hot brass contact) and open-toed shoes. Layers are recommended for comfort.

    • Mindset: Come ready to learn! We focus on consistent progress in a non-judgmental atmosphere. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure we start on time.

  • Your safety and the safety of everyone around you is our highest priority. Beyond The Range enforces rigorous safety standards, focusing on discipline and proficiency.

    While at the range, we adhere to the Four Universal Rules of Firearm Safety at all times. Failure to comply with safety instructions will result in the termination of the session without a refund.

    • Host Range Requirements
